Ryzen 3000 chips have been released and 3rd party reviews are out from our suking techtubers :rock:

heto summary in general from reviewed processors, i.e. 3600, 3700x, 3900x
productivity performance is ryzen's stronghold and it holds true even now. they even beat intel's 9900k (except 3600 of course)... this is expected though :clap:
gaming performance, well, lamang pa rin si 9900k and most of intel's mainstream cpu able to reach 5ghz.
recommended RAM is DDR4 3600mhz. most, if not all, of the techtubers were only able to achieve 4.3ghz of overclocked frequency on 1.35v up to 1.5v... der8auer was able to reach 4.4ghz on his sample.
even with the higher core count and increase in frequency, it is still cooler and consumes less power against their intel counterpart... even 3900x consumes less power against intel's 9900k.

processors have already been tested by our techtubers that it will work with older motherboards with just a BIOS/UEFI update. performance loss, if any, is negligible and is still within the margin of error. basically, X570 mobos should only be considered kung yung top of the line na 3900x or yung lalabas pa lang sa september na 3950x ang balak mong bilhing processor. maybe kung meron ka ring case use na kailangan mo ng PCIE 4.0 devices like the latest generation of NVME storage and multiple 10gigabit ethernet cards.

Radeon RX 5700XT and 5700 reviews are also out

summary: dahil sa biglang price cut nila, yung supposed target nila for their competition (Super series), biglang nagbago... mahirap na na tapatan to ng nvidia unless pati sila mag-price cut din.
medyo snubbed lang sila dahil walang specialized ray tracing feature sila... which in my opinion might end up like nvidia's hairworks :lmao:
don't get me wrong, ray tracing is an incredible technology. it was conceived in the late 60's and its technology is widely used in the movie industry since toy story... yun nga lang araw ang bilang sa per frame rendering nila.
but is it really necessary for gaming? :noidea:
that's what the new RX5700 series brings... pure performance :clap:

Ryzen 3000 motherboard compatibility list (not official)

note: this is not a definite guide nor a final list of motherboard compatibility for the upcoming Ryzen 3000 series processors. it just serves as an initial reference on what to expect based on the existing motherboard specs and what manufacturers has leaked and promised for upgrade. some boards can even support the new chips but may not be able to boost the clock properly due to power design limitations.

easypc, picture pa lang ng cpu's and x570 mobos. wala pang specific prices. available na raw eh... i think para sa mga walk-in or kelangan mo tanungin sila directly. will update kung meron na.

softbox, wala pa rin. will check tpc for other prices.

3200g w/ x570 mobo... i think that's not a good combination :noidea: more than doble price ng mobo mo kesa sa processor mo :slap:

TPC entries:
3600x = 13,650 (techjunction)
3600 = 10,900 (techjunction)
Bundle - AMD Ryzen 3 3200G + MSI MEG X570 Godlike = 48,550 (FayeQ)

ryzen 5 3600 + rtx 2060 balak ko or ok lang kaya ang 1660ti for ryzen5 3600?

Go for 1660ti instead ng RTX2060.

R5 3600, b450 tomahawk, 8gbx2 ram, gpu(to follow)

TIA po

walang built-in graphics ang 3600 :no:
kelangan mo ng kahit basic gpu lang to provide display output sa monitor.
3200g at 3400g yung may built-in graphics. pwede na yun sa mga esports like LOL and Dota2
