pahelp po nagbubukas po sya pero dun lang sa do not turn off na may android logo. di ko sya ma hard reset (volume up home power) di sya nag oon. meron po ba na pc software na force reset? tingin ko kasi os nya may tama. bigay lang ng utol ko ung phone. thanks

PS. Nagkamali ng type kanina . note 4 po sya.
