Ako, I personally own a MI Router 4A. Chinese lang yung language pero pwede yang i-translate ng browser using google translate. Tapos dito makikita yung bandwidth limiting control (QOS).

Need mo lang kunin yung mga MAC Address ng devices na nagko-connect sa network mo. Or kung mas powerful pa yung router mo, pwede mo i-setup na lahat ng devices na gagamitin ng IP Address na ii-specify mo eh limited ang bandwidth.
For example, ang IP Address na ibibigay ng router ko sa mga devices are from 192.168.1.5 to 192.168.1.20. Then gagamit ako ng static IP Address para lang sa mga devices ko. Para hindi sila sakop ng bandwidth limiter.
Para sa five devices ko, gagamit mako ng 192.168.1.5 to 192.168.1.9. Then starting from 192.168.1.10 up to 192.168.1.20, lahat yan, naka-limit ang bandwidth nila. Mas madali i-setup yun kasi hindi mo na kailangan pang kunin yung IP Addresses ng mga magko-connect na devices. Automatic na limited ang bandwidth nila dahil ang ibibigay lang sa kanilang IP Address ng router is starting from 19.168.1.10 and pataas.
