How to root (4.1.2)
* Requires PC Companion and ADB Drivers installed
* Internect connection either wifi/mobile data

1. Download Rooting Kit
2. Make sure your phone's USB Debugging mode is turned on and connect your phone
3. Extract the zip file in one folder(There are two zip files inside so you must extract those in the same folder).
4. Open "motochopper" folder and click run.bat
5. Allow the phone to reboot before pressing any key on the last part and it will reboot again.
6. Look at your phone and run SuperSU and update SU Binary using Normal mode then go to playstore and update SuperSU(Make sure SU Binary is updated first before updating SuperSU in playstore).
7. Make sure your phone is still connected in the PC and open the folder "remountreboot" then click SuperSU.bat and follow on screen instructions.
8. Done

[IMPORTANT NOTICE] TO ALL XPERIA L USERS
This is my experience when I was trying to change or exchange my internal over external storage. I just used a modified volt.fstab from a user in XDA and used also a script and was successful but my mistake was I formatted the internal and external and it ended up unable to mount the internal(now external due to swap). And after turning off the phone, it never turned on again. No life signs like led, vibrate. I am also unable to enter flashmode or fastboot. tried combination of power and volume +/- but still no avail. Tried charging it for more than 10 hours but still no signs of life. So I returned the unit because it is only 7 days old and sony replaced it with a new one at the same day.

Lesson learned:

1. Never mess up with vold.fstab unless you really know what you are doing
2. Just in case you really need to mess with it, never reformat the storages
