Hi po mga LODI!,

Please help po sa connection namin.. Meron po kasi binigay si converge samin na static ip address.. paano po ba sya ma-i nenetwork ung internet access nya using Router to Switch. Set up nya po is: Modem(converge)>Router>Switch(hub).

Paano po i sesetup ung router saan ko iinput ung Static IP address(WAN>LAN>DHCP) paano po setup?

Pero possible po na magkaroon ng internet access yung router kahit naka static IP then meron din kasi kaming isang switch para sa mga pc's na naka connect sa router magkakaroon din kaya ng internet access?. Hindi ko kasi sa youtube ung ganung set up..

oo..gagawin mong static para di pabago bago ang ip..kada konect sa internet..pero wag mo pa cheatan sa mga clients para di maban ip mo sa laro.

malamang huawei yun brand ng modem mo at para ma-access mo yun webgui ng modem at babaguhin mo yun setting para mag bridge ng 3rd party router, kailangan naka static ip address yun pc mo, bale yun i-input o assign ka ng ip address na binigay ng tech sa iyo sa ipv4 ng lan settings, follow mo na lang sa video, pag nagaw mo na, type mo sa browser yun 192.168.1.1, mag-oopen yun web gui ng huawei at manghingi yan ng username at password - dapat iniwan rin ni tech yun un/pw

Need nyo lang po ilagay sa Router WAN port ung Static IP na binigay ng ISP. The rest pwede nto na hayaan yung default.

Anong router po ang gamit nyo?

Set ISP Modem/Router to Bridge mode

Configure Device who will use the static ip with PPPoE, ask ISP for username and password.

tanong ko na rin Sir, if kaya niyo i fix yung problem ko sa game na RGC tsaka sa ibang games online kc lagi siyang na didisconnect sa kalagitnaan ng laro tapos pag mag lolog in ako may lumalabas na error ip routing, ang ginagawa ko para gumana nirerestart ko yung modem nkakapag log-in ako at nkakalaro, kaso within 10 to 15 mins na didisconnect ako lagi mataas ang ping ,tinawag ko na sa internet provider ang advice nila sakin ipa static ip address ko daw pra hindi papalit palit ng ip kaso may bayad

^ wan static ip address ang tawag dyan na kahit magrestart ka ng modem ay yun pa rin ip address ang nakukuha ng modem, yan ang ip address na nakikita mo kapag nag speedtest (ookla) kagaya sa pldt 112.xxx.xxx.xxx or cgnat 49.xxx.xxx.xxx at dhcp server ng isp mo yun nag-aasign nyan sa modem, favorable yan sa may mga cctv owners na gusto nila ma-access yun video feed thru internet, may extra bayad nga lang....


pero ikung gamer ka ay mas ok yun naka dhcp yun wan ip mo dahil kung sakaling ma-ban yun ip address mo sa game server ay restart modem lang kaya pasok ka uli... pero kung ping at routing problem lang ay mas praktical na magbayad ka ng vpn kaysa sa static ip

Ang WAN static setup ay dapat sa router mismo, sino ba nagbibigay network mo? Si modem mismo from Converge? Or si Router? Kasi kung Si modem nagbibigay dun ka nagseset ng WAN STATIC IP. Madalas sa connection type mo siya ilalagay instead of DHCP magiging STATIC IP siya. Kung si router naman ang fully function router at pati features ke router make sure mo muna bridge mode to converge modem. Then dun mo ilalagay sa connection type instead of DHCP, static IP address. Mas maganda kung alam namin modem brand of converge mo at router mo para mas me idea kami.
