Stuck on DFU MODE after Restore 4s [JailBroken]

Jailbroken po ung 4s ko tpos bglang nalowbat and then nung chinarge ko nag bootloop na sa apple logo so ang gnwa ko nag Restore ako sa itunes ng 8.1.3(latest)
then ayaw na po mag tuloy after nung "Waiting Iphone..." lalabas ung apple logo tpos mamatay dn then balik sa DFU Mode
eto po ung error code na lumalabas lagi "4013"

based on my experience your iphone cannot be restored on itunes because your iphone is having a problem with its wifi module i.c

most of the iphone 4s having a error 4013 on restoring on itunes is because of the faulty wifi i.c

you may bring it to a cellphone technician that has a knowledge regarding this problem

nirepair nga po ung wifi nya pero naging ok nman na then last day nga po bgla nman ng nagka poblema
mejo mahal po kc singil eh hehe kya nag tatry ako bka may ibang solution pa

Check the following:

1. Make sure to use the latest version of iTunes.
2. Use the original cable of your device.
3. Plug your cable at the back USB port (not front/side ports)
4. Make sure connected sa Internet ang PC mo.
5. Check also your firewalls/Anti-Virus that is blocking your iTunes to connect to the internet.
6. Enter your device to DFU Mode and then restore via Shift+Restore.

same USB cable parin ba ang gamit mo kahit gumamit kana ng ibang pc/laptop?
if same lang ginamit mo, try to use other or ORIGINAL usb cable

ang ngyare po kc kpag nirerestore ko sya after ng "Extracting...." next dun ung "Waiting" db? after nyan mag oopen ung phone then lalabas ung apple logo after nun mamamtay tpos mag oopen ulet kya lng DFU mode na nman sya

Medyo kumplikado na yong sakit ng iphone mo, sa loob problem nyan.. pwedeng nand, proximity sensor, wifi ic, pwede ring battery, mga flex. Mas maganda kung diritso mo na sa mapagkakatiwalaan mong repair shop na alam mong kaya nyang gawin.
