May Chance po ba ma-openline ito para magamit sa ibang network?

pwede ba palitan cignal niya pag na admin access na?from LTE to 4g or 3g
 
B310AS-938 makakapag lock na ba ako ng frequency and lock sa LTE if admin access na? ty.
 
try nyo V4 unlocker. 936 kac na unlock ko gamit lang ung V4 . :) tas palitan mo nalang ung firmware.
