hmm.. hindi naman ninyo kailangang gumamit ng GTX 295 eh. mag SLI mode nalang kayo gamit ang mga SLI video cards and SLI boards. o at least, dual Gpu na rin kayo same as GTX 295. xempre dapat malakas rin ung SLI video cards ninyo para matapat sa GT 295

100% no lag, high framerate even na crowded yung place.

NBA 2k10 on max setting, no lag ulit. haha

coming from an 8500GT to 9600GT to 8800GT to 8800GTX to 2600XT(downgrade)..then down to a 7900GS(bought 2nd hand)... hehe before the year ends.. i'll go for either GTS 250 or ATI 5750 since im gonna pair it with a 24" LCD..

hindi ko sinusuggest ang SLI sa mga taong low on budget or money conservative.. the best practice pa rin is to buy one single powerful card..

for those budget constrained, sa una lang masaya ang SLI.. why? kasi at first isang card lang muna bibilhin mo tapos pag nagkapera buy another video card of the same model.. ideal nga naman ito sa mga taong hindi makabili ng isang malakas na video card sa isang bagsak..

pero kung hihimayin yung costing mo you're going the wrong way.. to start with mahal na ang SLI board.. anu pinakamura sa market? ASUS P5N-SLI (old model naman)..that's point 1. Point 2 is that an SLI setup eats a lot of power.. in short magastos sa kuryente.. dalawang GPU ba naman ang tumatakbo eh.. depending on the video card, some requires more watts than your OC'ed Processor.. 3rd Point is Performance Scaling.. not because you have two video cards in your Rig doesnt mean your multiplying your Graphics acceleration power by 2. Ang performance increase ng SLI ay hindi 100%.. roughly around 30% increase lang.. at wala pa ako nakikitang lumagpas ang performance increase by 50%..

so at the end point, you bought two video cards.. that eats more power.. and gives not so much performance increase..

I dont know.. maybe its just me.. that's how i saw things.. and that's how i read things from benchmarks and reviews online..

im not against SLI or CROSSFIRE.. though ang iniisip ko lang.. those setups are just for show.. bragging rights kumbaga.. paporma..

if GTX 295 will be the last card to be produced by NVIDIA, or 5870 in ATI's respect.. and i need more juice to accelerate my GPU hungry 3D APP/GAME.. i'll definitely go for an SLI setup.. this is just an example.. kumbaga kung yun na ang pinakasagad na available at kinukulang pa rin ako.. dun pa lang siguro ako mag-SLI or Crossfire..

Pero kung alam ko na meron pang palabas na mas bagong video card.. mas prefer kong hintayin na lang un.. and buy a single card from that series that would fit my need..
