Medyo ingat lang po sa gagamiting teeth whitening. Mostly eh may active ingredients na maaaring may toxin at malalagay sa alanganin ang iyong kalusugan.
Maganda na maputi ang ngipin pero kung maaapektuhan naman ang kalusugan eh may mga alternatibong paraan para gawin ito.
I highly recommend Baking Soda. Kuha ka lang po ng pinch nito at lagyan ng tubig para maging paste. Tapos yan na po ikuskos mo sa ngipin para pumuti. Wag mo lang damihan at magmumog ka pagkatapos. Hindi naman po nakakasama sa katawan ang Baking Soda.
