Tinatawanan lang ng mga telcos ang parusa sa batas na yan. Magkano lang ang P500.00 hanggang sa P20,000.00 sa milyones na kinikita ng mga yan araw-araw? Sa simpleng risk-reward na batayan na lang talo na ang mga consumers. Para magkapangil ang batas na yan dapat doble o higit pa sa kinikita ng telcos kada araw ang parusa/multa para indahin nila ang parusa at tuluyang magbago sila ng palakad.
