Over the summer, Derrick Rose confidently declared himself the best player in the NBA, despite missing an entire season with an ACL injury.

ESPN has been releasing their rankings, predicting the overall level of play?for each player for the upcoming season, beginning at No. 500.

And on Monday, the Bulls point guard appeared on the list at No.9
