At the rate of 1 episode per week(which usually covers 1 to 1.5 manga chapter worth), you still have to count up to 75 weeks. Exclude weeks of holidays such as golden week, or simply weeks where episodes get cancelled(counterbalanced with dual episode sometimes), you get about 45 episodes per year(52 weeks). Add at least 15 weeks of new filler to the count, the estimate of seeing this manga chapter as anime episode is 1.5 to 2 years. Meaning not this year, or somewhere closer to end of 2012. Have some patience, you'll need it.
