sir, try mo mag generate ng unlock code sa software. ung gamit ko ay ung stock na GUI ng smart bro. Lagyan mo nang ibang sim na hindi pwede sa dongle mo at pag insert mo sa pc ay lalabas ung SMART BRO GUI at hihingi ng code. Enter mo lang ung na generate na code sa software ni TS. Working saken, kakatry ko lang, baka gumana din sayo. good luck
