Defragmentation will not help your memory cards dahil ang mga memory cards ay solid state. Defragmenting works only for spinning hard drives.

Mas maganda, punta kayo properties -> Tools -> Error Checking -> Check Now -> Automatically Fix File System Errors.

Pag the disk is write protected. Try mo check ang properties ng Memory Card mo. Pag 0 bytes, corrupted po talaga yan.. Medyo mahirap mag hanap ng software jan. Once na corrupted yong Memory Card, Factory o Brand ng Memory Card mo ang merong software o nirereflash nila yong mga 0 bytes na Memory Card. My tips ako jan.. Wag munang kunin sa cellphone mo yong Memory Card..Hanap ka na lang ng Usb Connector for transferring files..
