mga kaSB any suggestion kung paano papaliitin ang tiyan na malaki? salamat sa sagot.....:clap::clap::clap:
 
Mag bawas ng pagkain. wag laging naka upo. mag exercise. mag jogging. at 3x a week.
 
Yan din problema ko that is why i decided to go to the gym..:):):)

let's see if it would work...as they say NO PAIN NO GAIN;););)
 
saken tol malako tyan ko nakaraang buwan.. parang 5 to 6 months na tyan ng buntis..
ang ginawa ko umiinom ako ng pineapple juice.. rich in fiber.. tapos d ako kumakain ng kanin...
tapos sit ups tapos jogging in place lang for 30 mins .. kumakain lng ako biscuits ..
iniwasan ko alak softdrinks at iba pang junk foods..
tapos drink 1 gallon of water everyday...

2nd month ko na sa diet ko... at kita tlga ang diperensia... lumiit tyan ko .. tuloy tuloy lang
sabi nga ng nasa taas ko .. no pain no gain

workout talaga at limited pagkain
walang alak kung kakayanin hehehe
 
Bawasan po ang sugar intake (ang recommended eh 30 grams lang per day).

Ang sugar eh kino-convert ng ating liver into fatty acids (fat cells) at yan nga po ang pinaka-pangunahing dahilan kung bakit naiipon ang taba sa ating mga tiyan. (popular regions of the stomach).

sit ups lang mga paps tapos jogging kung kaya pa samahan mo na din ng push ups 100x a day
