check mo baka may na install ka sa kanya na di dapat kaya sya nag blue screen kung may ininstall ka alalahanin mo yung huling ininstall mo delete mo tapos try mo kung mag blue screen pa pwede rin driver nang videocard sabi mo kasi pag na safemode ok naman baka hindi compatible yung driver.. sana na ka tulong ako
