[TRICK]How to move all your Apps and Data in Partioned SD Card

paps nagawa ko na lahat ok siya pero after rebooting nawawala mga apps na inistall mo or na move mo sa sd card.. kumbaga deleted agad silang lahat.. my alam ka bang solusyon nito.. version 5.1 naka rooted na rin ako.. wala ako makita na solusyon dito kahit sa youtube
