Mahirap yan gusto mo, kasi una ung raw data mo mali, isang column lang.
Sa lastname no problem, dahil lage my comma "," after nito.
Pero sa First at middlename wala kang makikita na fixed indicator kung pang first ba ito or for middle bukod sa space " ".
Na hindi ka naman pwede mag based dahil ang first name minsan hindi lang isang word. sample "Juan Miguel"
Kaya ang payo ko sayo, ausin mo raw data, pwede ka maglagay din ng comman or kahit anong special character para mahiwalay
ang firstname sa middlename.
or mas maganda Kung separate column/field sana ung First,Middle at Lastname, wala ka ng problem.

Ang suffix sa name like "Jr" "I" "II" etc. ay nilalagay after ng lastname nde sa firstname.

uu pde nmn ayusin ng ganun kaso paps un kase bngay sa akin hehehe kya no choice hrap kase mag mano mano hehehehe pasaway format kase nila alam ko dn ung mga suffix sa last name sia nakadikit hayz pero tapos na nmn sia minano mano ko na lng hhehe no choice. wla tlga sagot hehehehe

Suggestion:
Gawa ka new File
Ilagay mo lahat ng data sa isang worksheet lang, add ka lang ng isang column for YEAR OR DATE...
Convert mo into Table...
Then Pivot Table mo na...
.
that way mas madali ma-sort ang data.

Manpower: ?
Ano ba kailangan kong i consider to get the Manpower? Need pa ba ung Words per Minute & Kung gaano kadami ung words sa report? thanks

Math Problem: - Suggestion
You must identify how many hours or days you need to finish 1 report per manpower.
pagnakuha mo na yun... you may now setup a formula that may satisfy 15 reports in 6 days.

kailangan ko pre kung pano mo ginawa yung conditional formatting mo. kasi ifformula pa yung conditional formatting eh. kung parehong pareho dapat nung column b pwede ka gumamit ng =f6>0 RED =g6>0 green =h6>0 yellow
