Comment lang ako...

1) Paki-tsek yung formula ng quiz para sa number of items.
2) Sa Grade Sheet, though gumagana naman pero my unnecessary function. paki-tsek na lang din.
3) Napansin ko lang, yung law and gov't agency ay Philippine based pero yung samples grading sheets ay sa Middle East. Baka may makakopya na mga pinoy sa ibang panig ng Middle East, ma-gamit nila kung saan sila nagtuturo. Pls. clarify.
4) Tungkol sa Averaging, let's say sa Quizzes, sa AVE column, sa sample ay 1 quiz lang at yun lang yung naka-specify sa formula. When you say average... you know what I mean.

Tanong lang din, what's your purpose in separating fullname by columns. hindi ba pwedeng pag-isahin na lang into one column?

Suggestion, lagyan mo ng security yung worksheets lalo grades ng mga bata yan. Mainam makapag-upload ka ulit ng revised and pls. make it a template at sana maging flexible na rin dahil nagva-vary yung source ng grades like quizzes.

6. i did not put security for learning purposes po, since my intention is for other user of this v1 grading system is for them to explore the formula.

opo, the school is under the supervision of DepEd and KSA Ministry of Education. Regarding sa recording of short quiz...again its the school prerogative. But my mentor in my BSEd course taught me that short quizzes are not meant for recording but serve as a guide for the phase of lesson. Again, its the school prerogative so i did follow, they told me to record it.

There's no Section 7 in your Workbook, re : Legal Recognition of Electronic Documents if you're pertaining to it. Just wondering if this law ( R.A. (REPUBLIC Act) 8792) applies there.

Yes, somebody told me before that short quizzes are not meant for recording. If I remember correctly, when I was in Basic Ed Dept, we had a column (aside from Summative) named Formative where Quiz is part of it. Formative test monitors the attainment of the objectives and student progress if we're talking about Education (Measurement & Evaluation). I'm thinking... if short quizzes are not really meant for recording... wherein a Grading Sheet shows the result of the performance of the students regardless of the test length.

@ muthym, SECTION 8 po ang LEGAL RECOGNITION OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, need pa din po ng mga supporting docs or hard copy which will serve as basis ng e-class recording. Sometimes po kasi teachers asa na lang talaga sa soft copy, then mas madalas di po nag-baback-up...kaya ayun kapag na-virus or na-corrupt storage media nila, laking problem.

I re-upload na po yung GS v1.1, again it is free for modification which will suit the school we are connected. Sorry po, i did not check if downloadable yung zip file when i posted it here.
