Tulong regarding sa pag-aaral ko ulit

Freshman po ako last year sa TUP, nag-enroll ako dun for 1 sem, nagkaroon po kasi ako ng problema sa pamilya kaya di na ako pumapasok nun simula August 2014. tas nabalitaan ko na, na dropped na ako sa mga subjects ko nun at ngayon 2015 eh balak ko na ulit mag-aral. nakakuha na po ako ulit ng good moral at Form 138 dun sa Highschool ko, sinabi ko na lang na, nawala yung Form 138 ko para makakuha ulit.

ang tanong ko po, ano pong approach ang gagawin ko sa pag-aaralan ko ngayon? sasabihin ko ba na nag-stop ako at di ako nagaral ng isang taon or sasabihin ko po ba na nag-aral na ako pero nadrop lang? inaalala ko rin po kasi na pag sinabi ko na nag-aral na ako eh baka hanapan pa ako ng Transcript of Records at Honorable Dismissal na panigurado eh hindi ako makakakuha sa TUP since wala akong natapos na units.


kaya nga po pala ako nabigyan ng good moral ulit kasi wala daw ako natapos na units sa TUP kaya pinayagan ako makakuha. dun naman sa form 138 nasabi ko nga na nawala yung original kaya binigyan nila ako ng 2nd copy.

TS, ano ba balak mo, mag apply sa ibang University o bumalik sa TUP?

Kasi kung babalik ka naman sa TUP eh may chance na maiadmit ka nila as a returning student so no need to undergo entrance exam etc. May record ka na. Need mo lang pumunta sa registrar or admission office to inquire about your intention to return. Sympre baka tanungin ka bakit ka bigla nawala without notifying the school.

Kung mag aapply ka naman para sa ibang school eh pwede mong hindi na banggitin ang TUP. Wala ka rin naman natapos dun at mejo hassle pa. Pretend na you are a high school graduate. Kuha ka na lang ulit ng Form 137/138, good moral etc sa high school mo then apply sa chosen university mo. You don't need to mention na you have started college sa ibang school. Kapag binanggit mo TUP eh hihingan ka pa nila ng honorable dismissal/TOR/Copy of grades eh wala ka pa naman maiipakita kasi wala ka naman natapos na unit. Mejo ganito nangyari saken kase I started sa TUP but decided to move to PUP but I declared myself as hs graduate instead of transferred student.

Wala naman sir. Nagdecide lang ako na mag transfer sa PUP kase mas mura tuition. Tska ung course ko sa TUP eh hindi yun talaga gusto ko na course. Isa pa, mas gusto ko sa PUP simula pa lang. Yun nga lang nag PUP ako as a new student.Kumbaga I declared myself as a high school graduate. Kung babanggitin ko kasi TUP eh kukuha pa ko ng mga document requirements eh gusto ko naman talaga simula simula lang as in 1st year para fresh.

Transferring from another School

A student seeking transfer from another school or university to PUP may be admitted, subject to the availability of slots and upon approval of the University President or his duly authorized representative, Also, the student must:

have passed the psychological test;
have completed two (2) semesters or one (1) year (equivalent to 36 units only) for the last two (2) years in any four or five year program/degree/course in the school/university where he/she came from;
have a weighted average of 2.0 or better with no failed, dropped or withdrawn subjects
have met the college academic program/course requirements;
have submitted the following requirements:
Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
Transcript of Records
Certification of good moral character with school/university dry seal
Course/Subject Description taken from other school/university
NSO Copy of Birth Certificate
Medical Clearance from the University Clinic
two (2) pcs. 2x2 picture with name tag
Receipt of Admission fee payment, and
Curriculum sheet
Accreditation of Subjects

The subjects taken by a transferee from another school, which may be considered as reasonable equivalents of subjects in the University curriculum shall be given credit, subject to validation and approval by the Dean/Director concerned, and the University Registrar

Admission Certificate

The transferring student will be issued by the Admission Services the corresponding admission certificate to be used for enrollment purposes.
