Turned off with the 3DS XL defective screen

I'm planning to buy 3DS XL, I already have the money, but I'm having second thought after seeing this.

DAFUQ is this? Defective screen? Seriously?! T_T

Without to mention that the speaker of the XL is much lower in volume compared to the original 3DS. This is according to the Nintendo gamers in Europe who already bought the handheld.
