Hi guys! Gusto mo bang alamin kung paano mag-load, mag-display, at mag-scale gamit ang VB.NET? Matutuo kung paano mag-scale ng imahe na kasama ang width at length textboxex (halimbawa, nag-input ka ng 115 na width at 110 na length, pagkatapos i-loload at i-didisplay ang imahe depende sa size na binigay mo sa width at length). Malaking tulong ito para sa mga beginner.
