You can reset the phone in two methods.
1. The Easy way
2. The Hard way

Here`s the Easy way steps:

1. On your phone, power cycle it or turn it off then on to refresh

2. Tap on the Emergency button

3. Type any of the codes to unlock the screen.



The Hardway steps:
1. Turn the phone off.
2. Press and hold Volume up and power. Wait for an android logo to computer.
3. Use volume up and down to navigate. Scroll down and select Reformat/Restore to default condiftion and use ok button or the power to select.
4. Once done on reformatting, scroll up and select restart device and wait till your phone boot up normally.


Note:
Once you reset the phone, all internal storage data will be deleted. Such as Phone numbers, Media files and any other.

Important:
If you have made a backup on a computer you can restore it by using the samsung kies. Just go to the gear Icon and click restore backup. Just connect the phone with USB cord and select Storage Mass

Tip:
If your phone is still connected to the Wi-Fi or 3G then o kaya may Regular Load na P10 up
you can tap on forgot pattern or password and type in your Gmail account to unlock phone.
