Emos, for example, they pretend they know shit about Music, even going to far as making their own songs.
Tae, dun sa gig na pinuntahan ko, ung emo shit band, they played 'Your Song' and another mediocre song from Chicosci. ,, and then ung original nila, the construction,,, pathetic... musically speaking, parang natuto lang from tabs and chords-chords sa kalye kalye... nakakahiya nga eh...

anim pa sila! ANIM! Tatlong gutiarist na bobo tapos isang vocalist na may magandang girlfriend! Ung bassist nila! Ambobo, gumagamit ng pick, tapos parang ginawang guitar na ung bass! HAHAAHA.

Things shouldn't be like that.


MY band, Mega Giant Robot, is just starting, pero I can say, from now, masmagaling pa kame dun sa mga emo na yun. Tatlong tao lang kame. Vocalist/guitarist/pianist in one ung vocals ko, and ako, bass, tas isang drummer.


Dapat kze marunong magmarket ung Music Industry dito... di lang kze popular un na dapat...
tae, sumikat ung Paramore, eh wala nga kakawenta-kwenta un, tapos MCR, shiiiitt, watch Muse on youtube, un dapat ung mga minamarket.

pero tingan mo naman ung musical inclinations nila...
the solos they make... tsktsk, ang mediocre...
un ung mga solo na pwede mo malaman during times you sit and do anything for 30 mins or less.

tsaka as far as i know si tom araya ng slayer nagamit xa dati ng pick.
nag babass ako and i use pick sometimes and i think theres nothing wrong with it..
cause i go with what works..My responsibility is to my band and to our sound,
not the opinions of a bunch of technique snobs

parang ngayon pa lang kelangan na mag-ipon ang layo ng palawan sa maynila hehehe tiket pa lang sa eroplano patay na mauubos ang sweldo ko nito :D

pag dating sa pag gamit sa pick sa bass kanya kanyang style at influences lang yan hindi sa pick or sa walang pick nakadepende ang talent ng isang bassist. ang alam ko ang earth crisis yung bassist nila gumagamit din ng pick
