USB 3.0 and 2.0 Ports Not Working

Mga ka symb, pa help naman
Hindi gumagana ung USB ports ng mobo ko
pero pag usb keyboard at mouse pwede naman
lahat nang ibang usb kahit usb 3.0 hindi nya nababasa
Unknown Device lang lagi try ko na mag windows update pero useless parin
pati default setting sa bios wala parin
kahit ung cd ng mobo ayaw parin mag work nung mga ports

ito specs ng PC ko

Intel i5 Haswell
8gb gSkills ram
Asus Gryphon z97 Mobo
Zotac GTX 960
1 TB WD HD
Corsair VS550 PSU

Meron ba same issue tulad sakin?
hindi kaya defective ung mobo ko?
noon naman ok pa e.

Tinangnan mona ts sa device manager, i unistall mo driver tapos lininsin mo registry, restart tapos install uli ang device driver, sa pag uninstall ng d-driver dapat lahat ng associated files ay deleted .

nag reformat na po ako sir e, pero try ko parin mamaya. gamit ako ng ccleaner
or ano po ba magandang app pang linis ng registry?

it could be static. shutdown your computer and switch off your psu. there is a switch on the back of it. discharge static by pressing and holding the power button of your case. give it 30 seconds. switch on your pc and try again.

could it be its currently disabled in your bios? not sure about intel based boards but my amd board has a setting to disable usb. bs, I know.

Try mo sa front panel gumana ba?
Kung gumana sa front panel means nakaka accept siya ng usb. Nasa settings yan or drivers.
Try mo e default ang usb setting sa bios then update drivers using OS update.

Naka enable po sa bios, ung default setting ang gamit ko.

Both front and back po gmagana pero pag iba na isasaksak except keyboard at mouse

Nasubukan mo na uninstall yung mismong USB Controller sa Device Manager? tapos install mo yung USB drivers galing sa ASUS mismo.

Had the similar prob, uninstalled the said port then restart pc, it will install automatically.
