USB devices disconnecting (Webcam, CP tethering).Device manager blinking

Hello po. Badly need po tulong nyo. I don't know ano problema ng PC ko.

First issue ko:
Ung webcam namin always "drivers not successfully installed".
Device manager rapidly blinking po.
Di ma stop ung sound na (plugged in/unplugged) na tunog.

Same issue kapag mag tether ako sa cellphone ko.
Ung local area connection, disabled/enabled disabled enabled. Ganyan palagi.

Ano po dapat gawin ko? T_T kaka reformat ko lang ng PC. Same issue parin eh.

Wala namang problema sa mga devices ko kasi working sya sa ibang computer eh.

If you hear the ding sound on and off everytime na magplug ka ng kahit anong USB device, it could be an issue with the USB port itself and/or minsan sa USB controller driver din. Pwede din na yung USB cable ang may problema. Natry mo na ba TS sa ibang USB ports or USB cable?
