but some files in c is protected ma'am or cant be cut/copied

ganun po ba hehehe,:) yun lang po ginagawa ko kapag hindi madelete ang file. lalo na pag nagreinstall ako ng windows and hindi ko naformat ang disk like windows old right? hehehe so far wala pa naman po akong gustong idelete na hindi ko nadelete.
gagamitin ko nalang po ang takeownership kapag nangyaring hindi ko na po talaga madelete ang file..
Maraming salamat po sa info TS.

ano name ng folder sa C? defrag mo sir or uninstall ka ng mga software na d mo gnagamit to maximize space on your drive c
