first kailangan mo install ung software sa isang Box i mean PC server nyo then gamit ka ng Softphone for outgoing calls or incoming calls. kailangan mo din ng carrier sir.work ka ba call center?

Sir Ask lang po sana ako ng tulong,, sa vicidial server build i7/ssd256/16grm/centos 6.7/asterisk 1.8.23.0/ striker scratch installation. sir patulong po sana sa config file. na set up kuna po ang fxo pci card 4port. ngaun pag tatawagan ko inbound number ko,, hindi sya upunta sa queue sa vicidial campaign, automatic sya pupunta sa zoiper dun sya magriring.. help nman sir dito sas config.. salamat poh

Nakagawa ka na po ba ng inbound group and yung capaign po na duon nakapoint sa inbound group at yung DID po mo ninyo saan po nakapoint (malamang sa ext na nakaaasign sa zoiper ) Can you post some screenshots ng campaign details, Inbound DID Settings. SIr ok na po,, working na po,,, nalito lang sa default agent inbound que dapat pla dun sya nka tutuk... ayaw working na call center ko,, with 20gsm sim...hintay kupa landline.. and ang sineset up ko nalang ngaun is outbound call,,

opo pwede po sya pwede nyo idownload ang vicibox iso. Vici Isoinstall the OS then run vicidal-install it will guide in installing and assigning servers.
