Personally, hindi pa ako nakagamit ng any software that can make a voice call thru LAN without using internet.
I have tried voice call using bluetooth tho. (Planong road trip with my wife na hindi ma tuloy-tuloy)
Anyways, I've heard about PicoPhone back in the days. Di lang ako sure kung nagana pa siya until now.

VoIP phone, PC or kahit cellphone pwede. Kung cellphone gamit mo using wifi try mo app na talkie pero marami pa ibang apps na pwede. Kung PC naman, dati kelangan mo gumawa ng server kahit sa low-end PC lang using SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) hindi ko lang alam kung may ibang paraan ngayon.
