meron nga yan ts. impede kasi ang circulation kapag medyo matagal na nakaupo ganun din naman kung nakatayo. prone ka to have varicose kapag lagi ka naman nakatayo. kaya kung ang work mo/nyo needs long sitting or standing I suggest na paminsan-minsan tumayo i-stretch ang paa or pagdating sa bahay itaas ang paa mas mataas sa puso to promote venous return.
