kaya yung bayad samen sa OT pare-pareho lang nakabase sa minimum, ibang klase din dumiskarte tong kompanya ko ngayon

Graduated on 2014 > Junior Web Developer(6months) > Network Administrator(7months) > Software Quality Assurance(4months) > Back-end Web Developer(6months) > Outsourcing Systems Analyst(More than 2yrs and counting).

Dun sa mga nabasa kong minimum rate at less minimum, sa totoo lang may mga company na maganda ang compensation. Lahat ng nasa taas na yan iba't ibang company yan. Lagi tinatanong sakin tuwing interview bakit ako umalis sa dati kong trabaho, ang rason ko, ay hindi ako well compensated sa ginagawa kong trabaho para sa kanila. Kaya i ended up in Job Hopping. Turns out na nadiscover kong halos outsource yung jobs ng mga Web Developer, Programmer etc napansin nyo ba? Your employer are greedy kase you only end up earning a very small portion of the pie. Pare-parehas akong nag Excel sa lahat ng mga pinagtrabahuan ko. Nagtapos ako sa di ganong kilalang school.

Payo ko lang dun sa mga kumakagat sa Minimum salary, tandaan nyo na ang Salary din ng nasa fast food ay minimum, ang welder minimum, ang factory worker minimum. May academic record ka at degree holder, papayag ka bang minimum lang ang sahurin nyo? And just to give you a tip, Our industry is included in DOLE's list of hard-to-fill jobs.

Adding some proposal documents na nadiscover ko on my 1st job(2014), this was shared by a resigned employee to me. Simple Website lang to, No Back End. Hosted in Godaddy and took only 3days of initial work and 2 days of revision with a 3 junior web developer na may supervision ng Senior Web Dev. This photo convinced me na hindi ako compensated for the job that i have.
