Which is better for gaming Windows 7 or Windows 10?

Hi Guys, Im here to ask some few questions. Lookin forwad to your tips and recommendation for gaming OS.

Im running Windows 10 Pro on this spec below.

Quick Spec:
Intecore i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20 GHz (4 CPU's) 2nd Generation
Intel® HM65 Express Chipset
Nvidia GeForce GT 520M (1 gb dedicated RAm / 2 gb shared memory)
14.0" 16:9 HD (1366x768) LED Backlight
2.5" SATA (640GB 5400rpm)
with Windows 10 Pro Intalled

Tried to play Prototype, Dead Island , NFSMW 2012 still lags on my Laptop.
Kahit pasok naman sa Minimum Requirements ng Games

Windows 10 Da Best Sa lahat!

yan ang gamit ko dito sa computer shop ko mag 2years ko na syang gamit at wala naman ako naging problema!

Yung disk usage ang taas sa win10 kahit optimize. Nag lalag mga minsan.

Win7 with that specs. Kung yung "minimum requirements" lang ang na meet ng computer mo don't expect for smooth gaming. Yung pagbagal kasi (kung pasok naman sa recommended requirements), minsan sobrang dami lang talagang laman ng HDD. Pagbabalik ka sa Win7 gawin mong clean format. As in said lahat ng previous files. Makikita mo yung significance ng speed na wala pa masyadong laman na pc at sa marami ng naka install.
