Comparing Wi- tribe with Smart Bro USB Unli:
Price:
SmartBro P999.00
Wi-Tribe P998.00

Speed:
SmartBro 2mbps
Wi-Tribe 1mbps throttling down to 256kbps after 3gb cap

Cap:
SmartBro No Cap
wi-Tribe 3GB Cap

Portability:
Smart Bro: Very Portable USB Stick
Wi-Tribe: Very large modem that needs to be plugged in AC line.

upgrade to 4G, same up to speed, limited bandwidth, without upgrading the price.

The New Internet Service Provider is now HERE!!!

wi-tribe uses 4G because it is the future of broadband technology the entire world is moving towards.

4G (Fourth Generation) is the class of technologies that delivers hi-speed broadband and multimedia services and applications.

In contrast, 3G is voice technology that is being used for some internet applications like small screen applications and casual surfing.

Facts about 4G in a broadband application:

* 4G is broadband that delivers true wired speeds without wires.
* 4G is faster because it has more bandwidth.
* 4G is completely portable so you can enjoy it in your office, so you can bring it to your favorite coffee-shop, or your hang out.
* 4G is 3 times faster than 3G technology.
* 4G is the preferred broadband technology that will give you the richer, pleasurable internet experience you truly deserve.

P998/month

sana may makapag review from this area....

As one member of TPC pointed out:

10 gigs will be used up @ 1 mbps in 21hours:42min

dapat 150 gigabytes kasi at 1 mbps 12 hours a day, you can download that in 29 days

Use this calculator: http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/calculate/downloadcalculator.php

Teka tol..ganun ba talaga yun?..3g is equal to 9 hrs lang?

parang may mali?..

Tingnan mo yung File Transfer Time/Speed Calculator
http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/calculate/downloadcalculator.php, yan ang lumalabas.

When I say facebook, not just posting to the wall and exchanging notes but also playing the popular facebook games like Poker, Farmville and Cafe world.

There may be isolated cases of good performance specially on demo or trial subs; but the issue here is that there is a 3gb cap which throttles down from 1mbps to 256kkbps which wi-tribe refuses to acknowledge in writing but they declare verbally.

All other "good" features of wi-tribe are anecdotal in nature concocted by TL's and spread by agents but don't have any truth in reality.

Also, what can you say about a company who calls their customers as "abusers"?

BTW, I am using a SmartBro USB Unli; I get about 300kbps download speeds consistently with IDM and a Premium Rapid share account downloading an average of 5gb in 6hours (May 5gb/day cap yung Rapidshare Premium ko.)

If 5gb/month is okay for you; who am I to stop you? But why pay for a sub with a cap if you can have one that is truly unlimited with faster speeds?
