Window 8.1 for expert only please help me

Guys asked ko lang po sana.
Bakit po ganito po yong o.s kaka format ko lang po window 8.1. Pag ino-open ko po yong anti virus.
Nag automatic close po yong antivirus.
Hindi ko po xah mainstallan kahit anong virus tapus yong google chrome ayaw din mainstall.
Please help me guys.
