Guys help naman sa Windows 7 Home premium ko. Ok naman siya nung una by the way daz loader activated po. Yung sa windows update kahit na idisable ko sa services pag restart ko ng pc ko nagrrun na uli yun win update na ang effect nya pag nagrestart uli nag sstuck up na sa windows is starting and ayaw din sa safe mode. Kahit na irepair ayaw din. Nabbypass ng microsoft yung update. Pahelp naman po kung pano ayusin and to turn off permanently yun win update na di na mbbypass ni ms.

Re-install mo na lang then ubusin mo muna i-install lahat ng update saka mo i-activate. Tapos, turn off mo ang Windows Update.
pagkaalam ko hindi naka install sa home premium yun group policy (gpedit.msc), mas effective kasi magdisable yun compared sa services. pero pwede mo iinstall yun group policy, follow mo lang itong video link..., pag ok na, type gpedit.msc sa run/search bar, navigate mo sa comp. config> admin config>windows component>windows update> configure automatic updates - select disable... the restart mo kung gagana pa un windows update mo
