windows 7 stuck in STARTING WINDOWS

kung wala naman hardware issues, either mamili ka ng windows 7 repair which kailangan mo yun install or kung di kaya ay re-install OR kung may na-install kang software at ganyan after restart, try safe-mode (F8 bago magboot) then uninstall mo un software na may problem

saan portion ka nag stuck up?
boot up from Bios? or after ng ng windows LOGO. logging boot portion na?
