ilang call center din ang npagapplyan ko before ako nakapasok sa isa. non-voice un and sobrang lawak ng scope. first job ko un at first callcenter ko din kaso di kinaya ng katawan ko ung graveyard shift. ok sna yung trabaho eh, kaso bumibigay tlga ung katawan ko kaya aun nauwi sa pagreresign. kaya ngayon hanap mode na ulit ng dayshift na nonvoice ulit. hehe

thanks dito na-encourage ako, i've been failed all the time i applied in a call center industry pero hindi pa rin ako nawawalan ng pag-asa na one day makakapasok din ako dito, wish me luck ts, shower me some of yours hehe.

san yan non voice na call center inapplyan mo?

newbie lng din ako sa mga CC 1st apply ko sa teleperformance sucat pasok n sana, kamali lng ako ng sinabi sa interview nasabi ko kc na magaaral ako namissunderstood cgro nila na parang d full time un pagaapply ko,. undergrad kc ako 5th year graduaing na.. tinanung ako kung tutuloy ko un studies ko which i replied of course but in the near future.. anyways madali lng jan try your luck, meron din non-voice sa stream at teletech d ko pa nsusubukan magapply
