meron po akong recipe ng chocolate chips at oatmeal cookies.
choco chips ingredients:
(For 4 kg. ang recipe na ito so i-divide mo na lang sya para mas maging less ang kilo na gusto mong i-prepare.)
white sugar - 1.5 kg.
light brown sugar - 4 kg.
butter - 1.8 kg.
eggs - 1.5 quarts
mix mo lahat ng ingredients mentioned above sa speed 1 for 1 minute after speed 2 or 3 for 2 minutes.
add the following ingredients:
flour - 4.250 kg.
baking powder - 12 teaspoon
baking soda - 12 teaspoon
salt - 12 teaspoon
same procedure din ng pag-mix pero after ng 1 minute na mixing time add ka ng 3/4 oz. vanilla essence. Mix mo ulit ng speed 2 or 3 sa loob ng 2 minutes tapos add mo ang last ingredient.
last ingredient to add is hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Pagkatapos mong i-add ang hersheys chocolate chips mix mo lang for 15 seconds then your done.
Standard scooping size namin is 1 oz.
Baking time is 8 minutes sa temperature na 325 degrees farenheit.
For Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies Ingredients:
( For 2 kg. ang recipe na ito. )
( Soak mo muna ang raisins sa hot water for 1 hour para hindi maging dry ang cookies mo )
After 1 hour prepare mo na itong mga ingredients.
butter - 900 grams
light brown sugar - 2 kg.
white sugar - 750 grams.
eggs - 16 pcs.
mixing time is 2 minutes sa speed 2.
add the next batch of ingredients:
flour - 2 kg.
salt - 6 teaspoon
baking soda - 6 teaspoon
baking powder - 4 teaspoon
same mixing procedure above.
then add the last batch of ingredients:
raisins - 2.7 kgs.
oatmeal (quaker oats) - 900 gms (approx. 2 cans)
mix mo for 15 seconds lang then add mo ang vanilla essence or syrup mga 4 tablespoon lang. Mix mo lang for a minute and then ur done.
Same scooping procedure pero bago mo i-bake i-flat mo muna kasi hindi kusang nagpa-flat ang oatmeal raisin cookies namin na ito. Same baking time and temperature din.
