eto na request mo recipe ng mango crepe:

MANGO CREPES

2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 or 4 fresh ripe mangoes
1 tsp. sugar when enclosing fruit, eliminate for chicken, seafood, a-la-king, etc.

Blend milk, eggs, butter, flour to form batter. Spray skillet with Pam or wipe oil around pan with napkin and heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet; turn and lift pan to spread thin and brown. Turn crepe with lifter and brown other side, then remove finished crepe. Slice fruit and using about 1/4 cup, roll crepes.

Serve with whip cream, non-dairy topping or yogurt.

When mangoes are not in season, use strawberries or any other filling like chicken or seafood.

Any tips, para di agad nasusunog sa gilid yung cake ko? :weep:
Ayoko kasi nung matigas na sha sa gilid pero sa gitna di pa luto. :cry:

suggestion ko lang lower mo ung temperature ng oven mo tpos pra mlaman mo kung baked na ang banana cake mo gamit ka ng toothpick, itusok mo sa gitna tpos kpag may sumasama pa sa toothpick ibig sabihin ndi pa luto un pro kapag wala ng sumasama na mixture baked na ung cake mo.

set mo lng sa tamang temp ang oven mo i wud suggest mga 325 degrees farenheit. hope this helps! :D

ok lang un, bgo din ako maging baker ndi rin ako marunong magbake. Bsta kapag basa pa sa gitna ndi pa luto un at always follow the recipe. For experienced bakers kc tantyahan na lang
wala ng sukat sukat pa. Ganon kami ng mga kasama kong pinoy dito. :welcome:!:thumbsup:

meron po akong recipe ng chocolate chips at oatmeal cookies. :yipee:

choco chips ingredients: (For 4 kg. ang recipe na ito so i-divide mo na lang sya para mas maging less ang kilo na gusto mong i-prepare.)

white sugar - 1.5 kg.
light brown sugar - 4 kg.
butter - 1.8 kg.
eggs - 1.5 quarts

mix mo lahat ng ingredients mentioned above sa speed 1 for 1 minute after speed 2 or 3 for 2 minutes.


add the following ingredients:

flour - 4.250 kg.
baking powder - 12 teaspoon
baking soda - 12 teaspoon
salt - 12 teaspoon

same procedure din ng pag-mix pero after ng 1 minute na mixing time add ka ng 3/4 oz. vanilla essence. Mix mo ulit ng speed 2 or 3 sa loob ng 2 minutes tapos add mo ang last ingredient.

last ingredient to add is hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Pagkatapos mong i-add ang hersheys chocolate chips mix mo lang for 15 seconds then your done.

Standard scooping size namin is 1 oz.
Baking time is 8 minutes sa temperature na 325 degrees farenheit.

For Oatmeal & Raisin Cookies Ingredients:

( For 2 kg. ang recipe na ito. )

( Soak mo muna ang raisins sa hot water for 1 hour para hindi maging dry ang cookies mo )

After 1 hour prepare mo na itong mga ingredients.

butter - 900 grams
light brown sugar - 2 kg.
white sugar - 750 grams.
eggs - 16 pcs.

mixing time is 2 minutes sa speed 2.

add the next batch of ingredients:

flour - 2 kg.
salt - 6 teaspoon
baking soda - 6 teaspoon
baking powder - 4 teaspoon

same mixing procedure above.

then add the last batch of ingredients:

raisins - 2.7 kgs.
oatmeal (quaker oats) - 900 gms (approx. 2 cans)

mix mo for 15 seconds lang then add mo ang vanilla essence or syrup mga 4 tablespoon lang. Mix mo lang for a minute and then ur done.

Same scooping procedure pero bago mo i-bake i-flat mo muna kasi hindi kusang nagpa-flat ang oatmeal raisin cookies namin na ito. Same baking time and temperature din.

Dito sa middle east meron fuddruckers sa u.s. sa houton texas nag-umpisa ang fudds. Sa pinas dapat meron ng itatayo, i think sa rockwell pero hindi natuloy kasi baka hindi daw mag-click.

kuya gano kadami ung eggs sa 1 quart?

nakalimutan ko na kung ilang piraso ng egg ang 1 quart. i think sa 2 kg. na choco chip cookies is 16-18 pcs. ang egg na kailangan. if hindi mo makuha sa quart kahit 1 liter na egg na lang ang gamitin mo dahil kaunti lang ang difference. :D
 
mga 1kg lang gagawin ko i think madami na un e,ilang eggs un
 
Pano gumawa ng gravy? Ung parang sa kfc..

sensya na bro pro ndi ko masyado alam gumawa ng gravy pero ask ko ksama ko sa work kc sa kfc cya before nagwork.
