NOTE:
- camera works ok
- video recording works ok
- all is smoother compared to the stocked camera app
- all in settings are fully functional (effects, zoom feature, ultra high quality, brightness, etc)
- [Bug]Panoramic Mode will not work because it must be hardware accelerated (just avoid selecting the mode)
Instructions:

- backup all your data,apps,etc
- wipe ALL data/factory reset
- wipe /data
- wipe /cache
- wipe /sd-ext (if you have ext partition)
- wipe Dalvik-cache
- Flash zip from sdcard
- choose zip from sdcard
- locate the file you transfered and confirm the process
- reboot the phone after flashing succes

Requirements:
- Only For Alcatel 918D/N/M ONLY!!!
- Rooted with Custom Recovery Installed
Instructions:
Note: I will not be held responsible on anything that may happened to your device. This Procedure is to do it on your own risk and flashing the phone may void your warrantee.
- Download the rom from the links below
- transfer it to the root of your SD Card
- Reboot the phone in Recovery Mode (power + volume up)
- Perform a Nandroid Backup of your current Rom (Optional but highly recommended)
- wipe ALL data/factory reset
- wipe /data
- wipe /cache
- wipe /sd-ext (if you have ext partition)
- wipe Dalvik-cache
- Flash zip from sdcard
- choose zip from sdcard
- locate the file you transfered and confirm the process
- reboot the phone after flashing succes
NOTE:
On first boot CM9 animation will appear very shortly followed by a BLACK SCREEN... Thats Normal! Just wait........
Since it is Puzzle Bubble you must change your default language after the homescrren appears.
Updates will be available maybe every week. Im only doing this on my spare time so please dont ask updates ASAP. if it is a mojor bug perhaps i can reconsider. lol!!!
Future Updates:
- use default Alcatel PH firmware as base
- change notification bar
- change popup menu colors
- change lockscreen to MIUI lock with Music Control ( if possible)
- integrate V6 to the rom
- build a custom kernel (hopefully if source code will be available)
- integrate Data2SD via ext2 to the Rom via script that will autoexecute every boot
- add MIUI Browser
- try to fix openvpn rebooting error
- more tweaks i guess
