I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

then sa motherboard pwede ka mag gigabyte b250m-d3h kung budget meal, or dagdag ka konti for gigabyte b250m-gaming 5 na may built in na christmas lights(RGB lighting)

sa ram ok na rin ang 8gb for the mean time sa Autocad, di ko pa yan na maxout kahit sa rendering.

kung kaya mo mag adjust ng budget, try mo sir abutin ang gtx 1060 6gb, pasok ka na sa gaming at autocad sa ganyang setup.

heto abot 53k. not OC capable. stock fan only.
to save on storage, either exclude SSD or downgrade to 120gb (though new PC nowadays should always come with an SSD for overall better responsiveness)
single 8gb of ram. 16gb costs more than 6k. upgrade na lang next year pag bumaba na presyo
case is full tower. pwedeng mas mura na models depende sa taste mo. just browse through their website for visual reference.
DVDrom drive... ewan ko kung bakit nyo pa kelangan nito bakit di na lang external usb dvd writer? mas mahal pero pwedeng itabi or gamitin sa ibang pc just in case.

accessories: bahala na kayo. kanya kanyang taste yan. for now, i'm a logitech user for both mouse and keyboard (G710+ and MX Master) on my main pc. pero i have a rantopad mxx mechanical keyboard and a redragon cetrophorus mouse on my laptop.

edit: you can save a lot if you go for a Ryzen 5 1600 instead kung talagang habol nyo is multiple cores. yung unlocked i7 7700k costs around +17k tapos kelangan mo pa ng matinong cpu cooler kasi walang kasama. and you'll also need to spend more than 7k sa Z270 mobo.
