Cherry mobile omega icon official thread

hello guys!

new member here. i badly need some help.
anyway, i just bought my omega icon jan 25 - sunday. we tested it at the store with my globe postpaid sim card. it said na "deactivated" daw so the sales agent asked for another sim. we provided him with my prepaid one, it works. i just changed my postpaid's number that same day before buying the omega icon phone so akala ko that was the reason why it kept on saying "sim deactivated" and opted to just wait for 24 hours for it to "activate". but then when i tested my postpaid sim with other phones (normal nokia, normal myphone, samsung smartphone), it's working! i can call and text using it.

my brother have a one week old omega icon also so i tried inserting my postpaid sim there as well just to check baka yung unit ko lang may prob, but it says "sim deactivated" also. so i figured it's an omega icon prob or rather a cherry mobile prob?

i read the entire thread and there seems to be no similar cases posted here.

Sir wala ako nabalitaan ganyan pero the best eh ipa check mo n sa Cherry yan, BTW anu version ng CMOI mo yan ba yung 8GB rom?

Hi anyone knows how to fix yung camera ng omega icon? ang dilim even in a clear environment. compared to CM apollo na napakalinaw. any suggestion.

Pwede kang gumamit ng Link2SD, Appadmin (kahit ang mga nasa loob ng system), o kaya yung Apps pag ini-open mo ang Settings, kung ang mga bloatwares na tulad ng mga cherry apps... MAG INGAT LANG SA MGA TATANGGALIN MO, diyan maraming nadidisgrasyang UNIT, nabo-bootloop, much worse deadboot... Kaya ingat sa pag uninstall..

Cool. Thanks master. Pero natry mo na bang mag record ng vid then tinry mo bang ishake ng ishake? Kase I tried some CM Omega Icon then trying to reord vid and shake it.. same output... nag pipixelated sya.. as in box box na ung lumilitaw... Not like rio, kahit ishake ko sya ng ishake GOOD QUALITY parin ang output.. not pixelated.. Thumbs up kay RIO but sa lahat ng rio na nakita ko.. 1gb ram all clean.. walang apps na nadl wala pang nadownload as in but ung ram nya 200+mb nalang ung natitira.. I think un ung downside ng rio.. sa ibang CM sets gaya ng gamit ko w/c is Apollo okay naman yung video recording nya wala naman box2 nkakapag record cya ng 1080p at 25-30fps depending on the lighting conditions. ang Cons lang na napansin ko is pag nagvideo recording ka parang nag zozoom ng konte
