Globe anti-billshock plan no capping

yun nga yung gusto nilang mangyari para lumipat sa "theplan". yun yung plan nila

ThePlan na tong akin eh. Kaka recontract ko lang mga Feb... dyahe talaga na ganito gawin nila.

May legal remedy ba dito? Kasi grabe naman, nakakachange sila ng TOS ng walang paalam.

The Bill Protect feature protects all our customers from incurring irregularly high data charges especially if they're not conscious of their data usage.
Once you've consumed your GoSURF or AddSURF allowance, you'll still be able to continue browsing on pay-per-use* of up to P1,500**. This allows you to stay online and use data without worrying about data charges.
*Pay-per-use is the payment method for paying only for what you use. For data usage on Globe Postpaid, it is at P2 per MB.
**P1,500 is approximately 750MB of data.

Once you've used up your GoSURF data allocation and have also reached the Bill Protect limit of P1,500, you'll still be able to surf. However, if your usage becomes excessively high, you may experience slower browsing speed (maximum of 128 kbps) since usage from hereon is already over and above the data allocation you paid for.
If you're on Globe Postpaid's ThePLAN, you can easily add more data to your plan by subscribing to AddSURF for as low as P99 for 1GB. Check out AddSURF here.

Kung ganun ang lalabas sa bill ko, ipapaweive ko. Dahil hindi yun ang nasa original contract.
 
Smart na lang sana kaso anung plan po ba yun sa smart.grabe talaga globe....
 
Madali lang mag uncapped mga ka symb. Sakin nga na capped ako last month pero na discover ko pano makabrowse into normal speed. Hindi mahina. Lakas pa nga makadownload.

Yung credit limit mo is 1,500 ibig sabihin, pag na charge ka kahit ano (calls text or data charges) at lumagpas ka sa 1,500 mapuputol temporarily ang services mo hanggang makabayad ka at mabalik sa below credit limit ang unbilled charges mo.

sa tingin ko may almost 500 pesos ka na na data charges. Bago ka pa lang kasi, baka kakaubos mo lang ng 8gb data mo.

Ibabalik lang nila sa iyo ang reklamo mo dahil pumirma ka sa kontrata with Globe nang hindi binabasa nang mabuti ang Terms and Conditions ng contract mo.

salamat po sa reply. last question po kung 999 ung plan ko + yang unbilled charges ko, magkano kaya aabutin bayarin ko?
 
Pa end na contract ko sa THEPLAN999, kaya irerecontract ko sa PLAN 0, no lockin 50pesos charge sa bill then enrol ko GOSURF99 para kunti nalang maidadagdag sa 1500
 
Inoffer naman saken. Katatawag ko kanina. Plan 0(50minimum montly charge), Plan 499, Plan399 yung nabanggit.
si ganun peede pa pm sken details mo kahit Account # para. sabihin ko sa termination dept. gawin reference yung sayo na offer, saken kase wala binabanggit na plan zero d na daw offered
 
sir update kita nextmonth September 18 kasi expiry contract ko. Tinawag ko lang kung magkano TERMINATION FEE kasi advance naman na akong ng 1500 pambayad ko nextmonth. E sabi nila antayin ko nlang daw yung expiration tas tawag ako sa kanila.

ME: pano kung i-idle ko muna yung line na to, baka hindi ko magamit pero ayaw kung ipaterminate?
RETENTION REP: sir ganito nlang iplan 0 naten nextmonth para pag di mo magamit, yung billing statement lang babayaran ng 50pesos. Online parin sim mo, madadagdagan lang kung gagamitin muna. For example mag g0-surf ka or register sa call/txt , yun lang babayaran mo. Tapos walang contract period. 1049227298/ 1054008884 dalawa kasi account ko, baka yang una yung mag-eend conract.
