OBSERVATIONS SUMMARY gathered from different Symb Users experience.

175.xxx.xxx.xxx IP Address Prefix / 4G SIGNAL = UNSTABLE
121.xxx.xxx.xxx or 203.xxx.xxx.xxx IP Address Prefix / 3G SIGNAL = STABLE​

Mga ka-symb, sama sama po nating ireport ang problem na ito ng PLDT/SMART sa NTC.

Pakifillout lng yung form, Ok na po yung type of complaint na 'General Complaint'. Para mas credible, pwede ring mag-attach ng mga proofs.

Ganyan din sa ultera ko na 999 nung last week kaso bumalik na sa normal speed ngayon problema nga lang hirap ako sa online games up for thisView attachment 292358

same problem here. connected naman at nakak stream and all pero grabe kahit anong online games di ako mka connect. Kahit sa android games grabe. Plan 999 p nmn kame haven't reached half of the monthly cap yet.

same here di narin ako makapag League of Legends. Di rin maka-Saga Go sa android.

Badtrip kahit sa crossfire mobile ayaw din kahit anung online games down talaga sana bumalik na sa dati Thanks sa feedback guys kala ko kasi akin lang problema to

same issue din, pampanga area, kakapabit lng paln 999, 12 days palang nagagamit, ayaw na sa online games, sana may makatulong saten sa regarding sa issue naten

same problem po.. potik observe nyu sa messenger. every 5 sec recon lagi. pero mabilis nmn mag recon, un nga lang sa online games di maka konek....

Browsing and Streaming lang ang working. Ayaw talaga ng mga online games both PC and Android.

SANA MA-FIX AGAD to ng PLDT.

Ako rin ganyan browsing and stream lang okay pero sa online games failed yung ping grabe ang tagal na neto ano ba magandang tanong para dito? para maitanong ko hehehe

Guys d na biro ito. almost 3 days na kong d makapag LOL (League of Legends). Ano ng nangyari kay ultera.

Ganyan din dito samin sa bulacan.4 days na ko di maka connect sa steam. Same goes sa ios games di maka connect. May tumawag na ba sa hotline ng smart?

tumawag nako parang wla lang. pang front lng kasi nila mga customer service. nagtweet narin ako ng ilang beses sa @PLDT_Cares, sana mapansin naman nila. Dami ng naabala sa poor service nila. SAYANG BAYAD ng mga consumers.

Ako nga limang beses ng nagemail sakanila kaso laging feedback bigyan daw sila ng tamang oras para mareview yung reklamo ko kaso wala namang ginagawang aksyon ubos na din yung 50gb ko ,ngayon nalaman ko na dc pa din sa online games hinde muna ako bibile ng booster sayang lang hantayin ko nalang magreset

Kakatawag ko lang,madami daw nakaka experienced lately ng ganyan. Gagawan na lang daw ng report. Di ko naman masisi yun csr kasi ganun lang naman magagawa nila. Waiting mode na lang.king ina talaga internet sa pinas!
