what do i need na usb cord and yung adb? no idea pls if you can help me out?

1. Jumper mo muna Balong USB Downloader then run Balong USB Downloader.exe
2. Click Detect then Load USBLsafe then wait ka 25 seconds
3. disable mo antivirus mo. or pede din hindi
4. Run mo ung alin sa firmware na provide ko kung un bang Finland 328 or Zain
5. Wait mo lang matapos until marinig mo sa windows o sa pc mo na tapos na..or wala na kulay blue sa LED light
6. say Amen
Take note...
Be sure openline na modem mo bago mo to gawin para mas madali sa side mo

again openline lang sya and not full admin. after flash this full admin naba sya?
