I really can’t get into the physical stuff, like doing training or engaging in sports and exercise. I know that it’s good for both my physical and mental health, but I just can’t find the motivation to do it.
It’s especially hard after gruelling days at work where all you want to do is lay back and relax, watch a movie or play games.
