    DEPENDE sa location and ano spec na balak mo. 10 units 200k ~ 300k siguro, mas makaka mura ka kung sayo yung location. pero from scratch medyo Malaki talaga puhunan.. kaya suggestion ko sayo., if mag rerent k na rin lng minimum 16 units dapat. para mabawi mo yung rental.

    UMID ID is not applicable in any government agencies rather than SSS. meaning kukuha ka pa rin ng ID para sa PAG-IBIG, Philhealth at GSIS if member ka.

    Re: question lang po! gagana po yan.. tama po si sir, dodownclock lang yung RAM mo kasi 100mhrz lng capacity ng mobo. if available na yung RAM no issue but kung bibili ka? bili ka ng 1600 MHz kasi mas mura sya kaysa 1866mhz.

    if gaming pc gusto mo mag invest ka sa RAM at videocard. kasi usually yan ang priority sa mga gaming. meaning.. kahit 250 GB ng HDD tapos yung mobo ang bilhin mo yung hindi hig spec. bili ka ng high spec ng video card at taasan mo yung (8 GB higher). and bili ka ring ng high capacity power...

    base on your spec. windows 7 po talaga ang original na OS. bumabagal ang computer if sobrang dami na stored information at di na kaya iprocess.. either kulang ka sa RAM kasi 2GB lng meron ka at 1 GB ginagamit ng OS or ung HDD ay nasa 80% capacity na. try to clean and defrag you HDD.
