You need a web server (web hosting) kung saan pwede mo sya upload using an FTP client tulad ng Filezilla. Pwede mo try 000webhost.com. It's a free web hosting service, good for starters. Signup ka lang then you need to setup your MySQL database server for Wordpress. Basically ang iaupload mo lang dun is a raw-Wordpress, ito yung files na naextract mo from Wordpress.zip. Install it with your MySQL database using 000webhost's database setup, then you can upload your wordpress themes and plugins. Mukha lang sya complicated sa umpisa. Goodluck
