Accenture BPO process [HELP]

Goodmorning mga ka hombre, gusto ko lang po malaman yung usual process ng application sa Accenture (Eastwood).

So nag apply po ako kahapon sa Accenture as Customer Service Representative and I was interviewed twice. I passed the exam, the HR interview is just like a little bit of background check, so after the HR interview I was endorsed for the Final interview. During the final interview i was like confused kasi di ko sure kung TL ba yung kausap ko kasi parang OJT lang sa HR kausap ko. The final interview was held through phonecall and I was just told to wait for 24-48 hours for the result.

Hindi ako bago sa industry and I know kapag sinabihan ka ng interviewer to wait for their call or text is like they are telling you that you failed in a positive way. But when I asked the receptionist kung ganun ba talaga, ang sagot lang sakin is oo, un daw talaga process sa Accenture. Pero shempre diba? hehe, gusto ko makasigurado, so please kung meron man ditong nakapag experience na mag apply sa Accenture please tell me kung ganun talaga process nila.

nung nag apply ako sa isang account nila for nurses, one day hiring lang.. initial-> computer exam -> english compre (phone interview) - > final interview. Then hired na.. hindi ko lang tinanggap kasi maliit offer nila hehe.. ano ba naka indicate sa post nila? one day hiring daw ba? nung nag apply kasi ako, naka lagay sa post sa Jobstreet one day hiring..

best you can do is wag umasa masyado set it to 50/50 but find other employers..

kakaapply ko lng kanina as ASE..pumasa nmn ako sa exam then next language assessment(phone call) medyo nganga ako di ko masyado masundan ung instruction tapos kinausap ako nung sa HR sa likod ng front desk nila, na parang patago tapos sabi niya magccall sila within 24 to 48 hrs pra sa result ng assessment. ewan ko lng prang bagasak ako sa assessment e

Na interview ako ng HR and final, di ko lang alam bakit ang dami pa nilang eklabu. Di naman din kagalingan yung nag interview sakin, kaya ewan di na lang din siguro ako aasa. hanap mas magandang offer.

mahigpit talaga ang Accenture, lalo na kung mataas ang kukunin mo position. And wag po natin masyado maliitin yung HR na nag interview sayo. Kung bago pa siya, then ibig sabihin may mga dapat pa siya matutunan at lahat tayo nag daaan sa ganyan

And I really hate it when a company doesn't tell you right away whether you pass or not.

yeah, on that part may mali nga talaga sila. wala man lang room or what, and impromptu pa yung pag sabi nila about interview over the phone. but all applicants ata ganun talaga.. sa Cubao Accenture ako nag apply noon. then sabi lang sakin, wait for the call. e nagutom ako kaya pumunta ako 7/11.. so ayun, habang naka pila ako bumibili ng hotdog, iniinterview ako sa phone. ang awkward lang haha

matagal lang talga process sa accenture, ako nga sa ASE e 2 months bago tinawagan LOL. Unfortunately my trabaho na ko nung 2 months n un xD

Ano po yung Language Assessment?
May nakakaalam po ba dito ng salary range na inooffer nila for CSR?
And tips naman po sa huhu kinakabahan ako pag conversational english na, although sa written wala naman akong problema. TIA.

pre halo halo to e, parang entrance exam sa school haha. although yung akin kasi for nursing post. same lang naman lahat ng exam sa lahat ng post. parang in general to sa lahat ng applicant. may logic, basic math, mag ssolve ka ng logic problem, etc

nag exam din kasi ako dito, pasado naman ako sa lahat, may job offer na din. kaso nag decline ako kasi bigla tumawag yung hinihintay ko na company hehe

wag ka kabahan, kaya mo yan. basta bigay mo lang best mo. tandaan mo trabaho na naka salalay dyan paano ba advise ko. hmmm siguro bro maging kampante ka lang? most kasi ng nakikita ko sa mga nag apply, sobrang seryoso e as in formal na formal sumagot. which para sakin a big NO, hindi ko alam depende siguro sa style. one more technique na msshare ko and ginagawa ko dati kapag nag aapply ako sa BPO, ikaw mag lead sa interviewer mo kung ano gusto mo pag usapan. effective yan

thats their way to say that youre failed but you can apply for other position
