Sarap mag-aral ng accounting! HAHAHAHA! I really love it, lalo na ung cost accounting, ni hindi na ko nag-aral kapag midterms and finals, pero pumapasa ako. Siguro forte ko ung cost accounting. Advanced accounting 1 ang pamatay, gg na sa prac2 nyan HAHAHA

Santos Co. showed a net income of 480,000 in its income statement. Selling expenses are 15% of sales and also, 25% of cost of sales. All other expenses were equal to 13% of sales. What is the gross profit?

I= 480 000
COS= SE/.25 (Selling expense should be 25% of COS)
SE= 15%I (15% of sales)
OE= 13%I (13% of sales)

to solve
GP=I-(SE/.25)-15i-.13i (Income less expenses)

SE= .15*480,000
SE= 72,000

COS= 72,000/.25
COS= 288,000

OE= .13*480,000
OE= 62,400

GP=480,000-(288,000+72,000+62,400)
GP=57,600

Let me know if my mathematical errors ^_^

Graduating na pero parang di ako satisfied sa mga natutunan ko. Although, my pagkukulang din ako pero malaking impact din kung magaling magturo yung prof.

Hello po. Meron po ba dito ang may answer keys for kashato shirts practice set? Please i really need it. Naconfine kasi ako sa hospital at ngayon lang nakapasok unfortunately ang pasahan na ng practice set namin ay nov. 28 at hindi ko yun kayang tapusin basta basta na lang. My prof didn't gave me n exemption sa nangyari sakin kaya here desperado na ko. Pleaseeee. Salamat po ng marami. Hehehe
 
Hello! Ask ko lang po if may mairerecommend po kayong school na tumatanggap ng transferees with delinquent grades. I sucked the last time I attended school but I plan to take things seriously this time so naghahanap po ako ng university na tatanggap sakin. I'm an incoming junior accounting student po from PUP sta. mesa. Marami po kasi akong failed grades nung third year. Ok pa naman sana ako sa PUP but the catch is that I have to change my course since the last time I attended school eh delinquent na nga yung grades ko prior to my return, eh hindi ko pa tinapos. Sana po matulungan nyo ako. After several years of introspection I think I learned my lessons big time and now I'm ready to face what I should've finished back then. I was informed that NCBA and PSBA are accepting students with delinquency but I'm not so sure if these are good schools(I know, the nerve na magpakachoosy pa'ko but I just really want to get the best of the opportunity I was given). More power to this thread and expect more inquiries from me. Thanks!
