Hi guys,

I started this thread to help everyone wanting a new computer. All you need to do is post the following:
Code:
budget:
usage:

other miscellaneous requirements:

*If to be used for gaming,. please indicate the games you wish to play.

The prices i will be using are those that come from major shops in gilmore and also PCexpress and others... The prices will only reflect that of which on the date of my post.

also please put your requests in this format:

Processor:
Motherboard:
RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:
Optical Drive:

Power Supply:
Casing:

monitor:

Accessories:

please indicate (at least)the size of the hard disk desired, and also what you need/have/prefer.

Thanks.

How to get to Gilmore:
commuting... From EDSA get on the MRT to Cubao and take the other train and get off at Gilmore station. so easy.
driving... Via aurora is the easiest way from EDSA. anyway, just ask na lang cos i dunno where you'll be coming from.

An example post would be as follows:
Hi. Please help me buy a computer for my son. He will be using it mainly for school and some games. He likes to play Dota and L4D. Our budget for the PC would be 20K. We already have a printer, monitor and speakers. Our monitor is a 17" CRT monitor. My son said he prefers 1gb video card.

Thank you.

sir im planning to on this build but before that have questions po muna.

CPU: INTEL PENTIUM G3258 3.20Ghz
MOTHERBOARD: MSI H81M-P33
HDD: WDC 1TB
GPU: Sapphire R7 250X 1GB GDDR5 128bit
RAM: Gskill Ripjaw X 4GB 1600 Mhz CL9 single or KINGSTON HYPERX FURY 4GB 1600 Mhz CL9 single
PSU: Corsair VS450
CASE: AEROCOOL GT BLACK

plano ko mag overclock pero observe ko muna performance niya if ayus naman, if not satisfied, mag ooverclock ako, but im new to overclocking po eh so my question is mahirap po ba siya? would i just go with intel pentium 3240 or go with this build na? signifact ba performance difference nilang dalawa?

"Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 970 or 980 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 500 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 970 or 980 in 2-way SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have an 800 Watt power supply unit as minimum."

IMO, kayang kaya nya yan sir basta't true rated yung psu mo. Tas meron din syang 2x75w 6pin PEG. :)

:praise::praise::dance:

Chasis
Mobo
Procie
Ram
HDD
PSU

Optional: ODD

videocard - asus,evga,msi,zotac,sapphire, gigabyte

sa PSU watts naka depende yan unit mo (video card, processor, fans, etc..). usually tumataas ang power consumption pag mas high end pyesa (not all the time, case in point: power efficient na mga pyesa ex. GTX 900 series :) ), pag nag ooverclock, or multiple videocards (SLI, Crossfire), etc.

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose/upgrade your Computer

TS pahelp namn po! HAHA
budget: 20-30k
I am also using Magix Video editing, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Autocad and Manga Studio.
Usage eh kung pwede ung 24/7 since online free lancer ako. Pero normally gumagamit lng ako ng PC ng mga 15 hrs a day.

Processor:

Motherboard:

RAM:

Video Card:

Hard Drive:

Optical Drive:

Power Supply:

Casing:

My monitor: LED screen HP 20"

"Here is Guru3Ds power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 760 - On your average system the card requires you to have a 550 Watt power supply unit.
GeForce GTX 760 SLI - On your average system the card requires you to have a 700 Watt power supply unit.
If you are going to overclock GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with a bit more stamina.

What would happen if your PSU can't cope with the load:

bad 3D performance
crashing games
spontaneous reset or imminent shutdown of the PC
freezing during gameplay
PSU overload can cause it to break down"

Supplementary Power Connectors: Two 6-pin

Re: [ADVISE]Help you build/choose/upgrade your Computer
